This is because it won the wccc, but they have no proof other then the wccc.
Shredder may be the strongest program, or it may not be. There is no way to tell
for sure on just the games we have seen. Shredder 4 is the WC and won the right
to be called this, but anyone saying that Shredder 4 is the strongest program is
only guessing. I wish we could run a seven round tournament to determine the
strongest program, but it not that easy.
