Subject: WCCC is past, what about Rebel now?

Now that Ed is basking in the warm afterglow of a good showing at the WCCC, we
can move on to Rebel and the future, I hope.  How about a time table for a Win32
version of Rebel?  Is there a list of planned features?  I would like to
volunteer as a beta tester, if Ed is looking for such.  Unfortunately, I would
only be testing the EPD section for the most part, so I don't know if the value
added is great enough to add me to the list.
