Kamsky seems to be the 4th seed, behind Kramnik, Shirov and Morozevich. I wonder why Morozevich, at ELO 2625 is rated as 3rd seed and Kamsky 4th with an ELO nearly 100 points higher? Has he had some recent stunning results?
