If it had been someone else playing for the title, I probably would have gone to the banquet as well, unless it could have been moved. 1) It *is* free food, 2) the tournament was already very long, and to hell with any more games, frankly. A lot is being made of this, and that's a very bad thing. 1) I didn't throw that game, or fail to do anything I thought of in order to increase my winning chances. 2) I don't know or care what anyone said after the game, as long as people believe my previous statement. If nothing was said, I'm sorry that there's a big accusation that something was said, and if something was said, if I can say that I don't care about it, shouldn't this matter to the rest of you, since it was my integrity that is in question? It is my fondest wish that all of these threads come to a halt. bruce
