2 is not possible.

Amir Ban explained that he never said something similiar to what vincent
described.
Vincent admit that he has no proof that he is telling the truth.

I am not going to post something negative about another person when I have no
proof for it(even if I am sure that it is the truth).
I think that vincent's behavior is encouraging lies and I am against it.

I believe Amir

Amir is innocent because there is nothing that was proved against him when it is
clear that vincent's behavior was bad.
