How can you be certain about it?

I guess that you mean to Ferret.

Did Ferret play many games against the same version of shredder that played in
WCCC at tournament time control?

I believe that they are more dangerous at fast time control than at tournament
time control.

Shredder played 4 games against the big irons and did 2 wins against Fritz and
Junior and 2 draws against Ferret.
