I think that it needs a version of CE that is newer than the first one that came
out. I found the program once, but I don't have Windows CE. If you have a more
recent version of Windows 95 than I do, you might be able to give it try on your
desktop computer. It's pretty easy to find the company's site, I don't know
where it is.
