Yes, Seirawan's FIDE rating is 30 points higher than Lutz' and his WCC rating is
70 points higher.

Seirawan is within 80 FIDE rating points of all of these guys. On the WCC list
(January, not July), he is within 50 rating points of all of these guys.
Seirawan is a strong player. Polgar's WCC rating beats his by 10 points.

Seirawan is number 33 in the world FIDE and number 22 in the world WCC.

However, Fritz is doing extremely well by beating several of the number 6
through number 18 players in the world. Morozevich is the only player in the
tournament that it has not yet beaten and it still has a chance tomorrow.
