It is not based on programs vs strong correspondence opponents.

I do not know.
I have not enough data to have a clear conclusion about it.

one of the reason that I prefer Junior is that I know that I can get the last
version of it.

I do not know about the level in correspondence games and it is possible that
hiarch with selectivity=6,7 or shredder are better.
