The USA correspondence championship, also being ICCF sponsored, does not prohibit computers, though many players choose to not use computers. I won the 11th US correspondence championship (3 way tie) and I believe it was at least in part BECAUSE several of my opponants relied on bad advice from computers! I have many positions from my games where this seems to be the case.
