I belive you get a compiler for every prosessor running CE when you buy the
extras needed to use MSC or MSVB to program for CE.

If Microsoft is just as sucsessfull with CE as with NT and 98/95 you are going
to see it a lot of places. Its one big advantage over systems like PalmPilot and
Psion is the great numbers of programmers used to Windows. Its quite similar to
program for CE and NT/95/98.

But I'm still waiting for a really good Chess program for CE! ( until Scott
Ludvik gets Pocket Chess 2.0 out! )
