I do think the d6 pawn is a weakness, I am not to sure that longterm it can be held after 13......c5. I also don't see the c8 bishop as being a weakness since after 13....c5 it will be very nicely placed at either a6 or b7. I do not at any point see anything like a 0.5 advantage for white. I have looked at the bishop's opening see seperate posting where I ask for additional information. Sarah.
