Rebel's moves can be easily verified, there's only about 100,000 people tha have
the rebel program, as well as the processor. It would be next to impossible for
rebel to cheat.  In the case of the grandmaster however is a completely
different story. He can consult his notes, and no doubt his numerous opening
manuals. or can easily get assistance from another grandmaster.
