I don't think I would worry about your Chess playing at all. I am beaten by
programs that I consider to be very week all the time. OTB I might be beaten by
8 out of 10 members here easily.

The only glaring flaw that I could see in your idea is that because of the
computer nature of this forum, the first thing that most of us would do is
analyze your game with a program, so everyone would be responding with remarks
like "well Crafty says" or "well Fritz (or hiarcs) says"

So yes, it did sound like a good way to learn, but maybe it wouldn't work so
good at CCC.
