I think that there is data to calculate Junior's rating based on games against GM's(tournament time control) Junior scored 2 out of 5 in 1998. Junior4.9 played against 3 GM's and drew against them in Dov porat tournament(drew against yehude greenfeld, boris avrukh and vitaly golod) and Junior5 did one draw and one loss against GM Leonid yudasin.
