My own opinion would be: 1) Shorter time controls for the games with rebel. 2) Anand is likely more familiar with Fritz, though I am not sure he is with this specific version or it's opening book. 3) Clearly a computer will score better at lower time controls, as I recall 4 of the rebel games were 5 minutes. It is likely that fritz would also win 5 min games by the same score rebel did. 4) The big one, over so few amount of games the results of both in terms of a comparison cannot be taken with anything other than a pinch of salt.
