There is certainly no shortage of reference material for physical athletes to consult regarding diet before, during and after events but what about preparing for a mental/intellectual challenge? Does anyone out there know of any material suggesting the best diet/preparation routine to help ensure your best results a tournament, either with a human or computer opponent?
