If you had read my message correctly, you would clearly see I NEVER said I was
going to contact "Consumer Reports". I was referring to them reviewing the
program!!! Furthermore, I have NEVER said I don't like the program. I have
brought certain issue up in the hope that certain things would be improved in
future releases.
