This is not really on-topic, but is very interesting.

I just played in my first tournament in 21 years (World Open Major) and did very
well!  I was helped by "Power Bars"  in the evening rounds which vividly and
immediately gave me a mental lift enabling better concentration, etc.

I suggest (humble opinion) something like that during a game: carbohydrates (for
the lift) and protein (for delaying the anti-lift which is caused by the insulin
response to carbohydrates).  Fat has the same anti-anti-lift effect, but has
other drawbacks which we are all aware of. Good Luck!
