If you don't midn, sex issue should be examined also. My system has been -in the old days when I competed and I was not married yet- just to go to bed with a lovely gilr the night before in order to undersrand trought pleasure and love how unimportant a chess result is, so I went to the board with a happy smile and my nerves distended and so I won a cup with a cool, really cool kind of chess boys.... Pity, I do not rmember the name of the girl. Fernando
