I believe that nothing is too much for Hiarcs because Hiarcs does not need time
to clear the hash tables.

In the worst case more hash tables do not help hiarcs but they are not counter
productive.

Fritz needs a small time to clear the hash tables every move and this is the
reason that giving Fritz big  hash tables may be counter productive in blitz.
