They said that all their Hiarcs programs came direct from Germany and that this was the reason. On the registration form at Chessbase, it states that the CD Key can be found on the back of the CD`s case! If you find out anything, please let me know! I registered anyway, and explained why i didn`t give the CD Key. Best regards, Terry
