Phalanx is reasonably strong and is not on your list. Zchess
1.2 is pretty good, too.

JRCP is probably weaker than most of the "top" engines on
your list (Sorry, James). Its FICS standard rating is 2066.
But I don't have a lot of info beyond some stats from FICS
and a few game Arasan has played with it.

Frank Quisinsky ran a really big Winboard tourney in Germany
a while back, with slow time controls and having multiple
games for each pairing (I think 6) .. I thought this was a
good idea, but it makes for a very lengthy tournament.
