  You're kidding right!? The long time affects on these noxious drugs are
devastating;just ask any doctor.Drink herbal teas;eat fruit and vegies and
avoid fatty foods.High protein,high carbohydrate diets give only short term
benefits.You might look at foods such as Chlorella and Spirulina fgr protein
and vitamins and herbs such as St.Johns Wort and Gotu Kola for stress
reduction.
