  Mixed is best (use caps sparingly, all caps is anoying), first word,
  proper names, ...

 Should be "it" (CM personalities may be an exception since some represent

  These are just my opinions and I am guilty of violating my own
rules (opinions).  We should try to be sensitive when using he/she and
try not to offend.  This is a multi-cultural forum, so I take most
comments in that light.  :)
