I more that agree with what was said over. The best nodes per second account program gives when it have only minimax logic. It goes down around three times when alpha-beta method is installed in the same game. Nodes par second acount is only good for giving some general idea about the game, expecting that every game have almost the same logic pattern inside of it. But how closed are the game in its inner structure? The best one. Can somebody elucidate this for me? Leonid.
