Uri:  you have asked for our opinions, so ...

I really think that we have to accept a few human differences.  Some people seem
to like the "enthusiasm" shown by those who use exclams and caps.  I used to be
a proofreader, and I was very strict, but ultimately the only thing that
mattered was communication - - the clarity of the message.  What would have
happened to James Joyce's novel "Ulysses" if he had been restricted to the
limits of conventional grammar and style?  I have never cared one way or another
about exclams and caps (or he/she/it); the only thing that bugs me is the use of
the work "LOOK", which I find annoyingly aggressive, but nobody else has
mentioned it, so I assume it's just my personal reaction.

If the posting is on-topic, non-insulting, non-profane, and CLEAR (sorry for the
caps), then the style should not matter.  IMO.
