I'm inclined to agree. I had a customer call yesterday with a Norton-related
problem. He'd unloaded all of his engines and clicked "OK" (evidently to see how
much total RAM he had available for hash tables). Norton Crash Guard popped up
and crashed his Fritz. Ironic -- Crash "Guard" actually *caused* a crash.
