It is hard to say. My rough guess is about same. To get a GM title in China, one
has to be China's national champion, or twice 2nd place. Consider there are more
than 200 million players in china, it is very very hard indeed. That's why there
are less in 20 GMs worldwide in Chinese chess.

So while the top chess program is close, if not already in GM ring, my program
is not in GM strength yet, even though it did beat a GM in a 30+10 game once.
(My program has played GM four times, won 1, and lost 3, among the lost one,
there is one game that program is one move, or 20 more seonds away from
winning. This seems make it not as good as top chess programs. But if we are
take a worldwide ranking into account, my program seems have upperhand against
world #50-#100 players at server, which make it about same as top chess
programs, or even slightly better.

for time control, it doesnt have a standard like 120/40 in chess. 120/40,
120/60, 90/40 all been used quite often. This time the tournament at server is
60+20, put it slightly faster than normal time control.
