Hi,
I am the author of Bringer and know the reason for the long game against Stobor.
Neither of the programs did know about the 50 moves draw rule, they were playing
a KRBKR ending since move 129. I was too lazy to implement this rule in the
early versions, I thouhgt it were not necessary when everybody else has this
rule, I was wrong :-) BTW, if the operator hadn't stopped the game, they would
still play :-))

Greetings from the author of a "Nr. 1 program :-)))",
Gerrit
