Neither of the programs did know about the 50 moves draw rule, they were playing a KRBKR ending since move 129. I was too lazy to implement this rule in the early versions, I thouhgt it were not necessary when everybody else has this rule, I was wrong :-) BTW, if the operator hadn't stopped the game, they would still play :-)) Greetings from the author of a "Nr. 1 program :-)))", Gerrit
