Subject: Simple Question? How do you save PGN files with Windows 98?

Hi

 Recently I upgraded to windows98 from win 3.1, there is a huge difference! I am
having problems simply saving a pgn file.  for instance I want to save the
frankfurt tournament off This week in Chess site. Unfortunately unlike windows
3.1 it won't let me put the pgn file extension when I want to save. But has a
default setting (html or Txt file). Probally something very simple, it's just
that I am totally unfamiliar with win\98, can someone help? When I try to load
the file in fritz or rebel it is not reading it as a pgn
