	At Bob's ftp site I have only seen executable for windows and sometimes for
Linux, while I use it under Solaris.
	Perhaps I should download the Solaris binaries from Dann Corbit's ftp site and
stop trying building them myself? (:
	My machine is a "big-endian", and the book files provided work only in
"little-endian" machines. I have to create my own book files.
