There is GNUChess 4.14, a version with its own interface, available at the
Gambitsoft site.  You can drag a corner of the window to reduce the size, and
select small from the board menu.  Hashtable size is adjustable.  The whole
program takes about 3.6 M on my hard drive.  Strong, simple, good.
