Some guy just posted this idea 'over there', wacky or what?

They have done this to break encrytion codes, searching for ET and
the DNA sequence... I think the programing and site management
requires time.  This is a very interesting idea, maybe round II we
can do this...

I figured if anyone can help out, you're the man. Interesting work?
