He is not going to know it.

programs use many numbers in the evaluation function and it is practically
impossible to know the right numbers(for example we cannot know which value out
of many numbers like 3,3.01,3.02 or 2.99  is the best value for a knight).

remember that the problem is not to get the right value of one number but to get
the right value of hundreds or thousands numbers.
