Subject: apologies to Don Beal

In a post here about how me and DIEP in paderborn where i described
some things i at a certain point write about my game against
a 2 spanish guys (ruy lopez).

They objected to my attempt to synchronize the time and got the
tournament director. In absence of Jaap, they came back with Don Beal.

Anything written about that was not to blame Don. In contradiction
it was meant to praise Don.

Don was not informed about what the players had decided
in Paris 1997 (Don wasn't attending that tournament), and those
decisions weren't copied by some ICCA dudes to the new tournament rules
for the WCCC in Paderborn. Even though he was not informed about those
rules, Don allowed me to synchronize the time.

If my poor english and probably hastely written posting looked like
blaming Don for anything, then that was not the intention.
