I remember telling you my program was good at lightning. I let my program play on FICS steadily for several days, and lo and behold! It is worse at lightning than blitz.... I was really surprised. It seems the optimal time (at least on my machine) is about 5 minutes with a small increment. It lost a very advantageous game on time to SapphireII, so I will have to fix the time allocation.... it seems really messed up. James > >Heiko.
