Hello!

Can anyone point me, please, to the place where can I find (preferably official)
definition/description of PGN format? Or any usable material regarding PGN
standard.

I tried find something on the web, but I found only file named "Standard" at
Internet Chess Library
(ftp://chess.onenet.net/chess/Game-Databases/PGN/Standard),
which seems too old (dated at "1994.03.12").

My interest is write some utilities/tools for MS Windows 9x/NT which will
manipulate with collections/databases of PGN files.
