The source code of the king and tal is not free so you cannot know the number of
parameters that they have in their programs if they do not tell it.

I have no information if they have more or less parameters then other programs
like Hiarcs or Mchess.

The number of parameters that you can tune as a user in chessmaster is bigger
but it does not prove that the number of real parameters is bigger.

There are also many parameters that you cannot tune as a user in chessmaster.

I believe that chessmaster like many programs use piece square tables in the
evaluation function and you cannot tune these hundreds of numbers
