Subject: [Q] "PGN to Statistics" tool?

Can anyone recommend a (possibly free) tool that can do the following:

Take a PGN database and toss out statistics of the form

Player 1 55,5:37,5 +25 =17 -16 2540 2576
Player 2 22,5:25,5 +14 =12 -23 2487 2456
...

where the last two columns are: ELO recorded in PGN database and ELO gained
after the matches (OK, I could live without that feature :-)

and also break these down in the form of "Top N players by ELO", "Top N players
by percentage" and "Results by ECO".

I know Rebel can produce this kind of information, but the PGN import is so
buggy that about 100 of my 1500 games are skipped upon import (couldn't yet
determine why, they look exactly like the other games, no annotations etc. :-(.

CB7's database statistics are not as elaborate, AFAIK (displays stuff like
"Player 1 55,5/93" only).

Any help, either on locating such a tool or getting Rebel to properly import
PGN, is appreciated.
