Mark, I am not knowledgeable about FEN, copying, pasting or whatever - I just play chess. Anyway, I don't believe the whole game is important unless you want to see Hiarcs outplayed which is not my purpose here. The point is the moves it makes. Yes, all programs make bad moves now and then, even Kasparov makes a bad move ...well...maybe. The bottom line for me is there is plenty of room for improvement with Hiarcs 7.32. I must tell you that I did not play the games above at one sitting. I would sometimes save the game and continue it at another time. Regards, Mel
