One short answer to all questions: Yes. Hiarcs 7.32 comes with exactly the same
functions as Fritz 5.32. In fact, the Hiarcs GUI is identical to the Fritz GUI
(most recent update) except for the preset color scheme.

However, it is hard to say if a different ("not native", if you wish) book is
actually helping. There are even fierce discussions if the Powerbook helps Fritz
(for which it was designed) more than its native F5.ctg.
