Winboard is great! I won't hear a bad word about it :-). To answer your
question, I think winboard issues a "gameend" command to the chess server
at the end of every game. All you need to do is log on to the server and
type in:

   alias gameend seek 5 0 r

Once you've done this, the program will issue that seek at the end of each
game. You can do multiple seeks by doing:

   alias gameend multi seek 5 0 r; seek 15 0 r; seek 1 0 r
