Of course you delete it.  But *you* are not comparing apples to apples here with
your hypothetical situation.  I know that this is not an easy job.  No matter
what you do, someone will be unhappy.  I stick by what I said but I will
reluctantly agree that the moderators "sometimes" have to make the decision by
themselves.
