Winboard and Fritz send before (after?) each move a command, how much time is left for how much moves. I read this and work with it. Till now, I have not found the logic of Fritz“s time sending command, how he calculates it... This happened, when my program was not installed full (no openbook...). Then my program produced wrong moves (move for the wrong color) which I think is interpreted as a1-a1 from fritz (not sure). But it sure is a bug in the engines. I also get it now sometimes, when I take back moves and so on but am not able to find the bug. > >I can be wrong, but I think that would be perhaps better Chessbase to rethink >the form as your " adapter " links with these different engines, leaving him/it >in similar molds to the of products as the Chessvision / Chesspartner. At all, I like my program under the Fritz Environment very much, because you can see much, and have much options. For Tournaments in earnest, I prefer Winboard. Greetings Werner
