I located your post on this subject at that forum, and copied the bionic file you gave, with a couple of edits (e.g. left out the egtb line). Bionic now works inside Nimzo99. I still have one more question though, and didn't find anything on this in the computerschach forum. I can't seem to adjust the size of the hashtables. I tested this by setting the value a little too high and watching for excessive hard disk activity. Setting the size within Nimzo doesn't seem to work, so I tried editing the ini file, which works for Little Goliath, AnMon, and Zchess. This still doesn't seem to do anything, but maybe I need to phrase it just right. Any ideas? I notice that if I just click on the Bionic executable, and run it in DOS, I can enter hash and hashp values just as I can in Crafty, but the ini file doesn't seem to set this up automatically. I even tried writing a bionic.rc file to use inside the Nimzo interface, but that didn't seem to work either. Marc
