I don't think you can translate "Dumpfbacke". Do you know the american T.V.
series of the Bundys? If so, than you know their blond daughter Kelly. I don't
know, what her original american nickname is, but in the german version of the
series her nickname is "Dumpfbacke".
If you translate it word by word, than it's what Dann wrote: dull cheek. The
real meaning of the german word is something like "stupid", "dumb", "dumbhead".
But it's a nicer way of calling someone stupid, "Dumpfbacke" sounds very funny
in german.
