That's the point. It is not the moderator's job to figure out someone's "intention". If I call you a dumb jackass, that could be a joke between friends, or an insult between strangers. The moderators should just delete it without regard, because 'intent' is difficult to understand, while raw meaning is not... I doubt Fernando meant anything bad at all by his 'welcome to women' thread, but several got aggravated... I doubt he meant anything other than to post a joke he thought was funny. But then again, this place wasn't created as an electronic comedy club...
