I can answer this before too long.  I am running two craftys on ICC right
now, 'crafty' on my quad xeon 400, 'scrappy' on my quad P6/200. Scrappy is
almost exactly 1/2 the speed of crafty.  Same books and everything (except
scrappy does not have all the 5 piece tablebases, but it does have most).

Let it 'stabilize' for a week or two then start comparing them.  That will
give you an idea of what a factor of 2x does to the effective rating...
