And SS=10 is stronger, by a fair bit in my tests. --------- Hi Mel, Another point to add is the Chessmaster 6555 personality who also has its selective search set for 10 but has some other settings different from CM6000 and this personality is also stronger than the "default" CM6000. ----- Terry
